The stage was set…
The cake was made…
A disco was had…
And tennis games were played…
Batman showed up…
The pinata was smashed…
Lollies were scavenged…
A good time was had.
Birthday parties are hard, hard work, but I guess it’s worth it when you see the look on your kid’s face when BATMAN walks in! He was so sad when it was time for everyone to go home, and the party was over.
Next weekend my baby turns 5. How did we get here? Stayed tuned next week for a Dear Nicklas letter.
